SHARP SHIPPING POLICY
SHIPPING
Our products are shipped from our warehouses in the United States and Hong Kong. The specific warehouse depends on stock availability at the time of purchase.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed within 48 hours of purchase. Processing may take longer during high-demand periods; estimated times are confirmed at checkout.
DELIVERY TIMES
Standard delivery takes 7 to 14 business days for the United Kingdom, United States, Canada and Australia, excluding weekends, public holidays and carrier delays. These timelines are indicative and may vary depending on local delivery conditions.
SHARP ships to select territories outside the European Union. Orders destined for countries within the European Union will be automatically refused.
DUTIES & CUSTOMS
We cover all customs duties and import fees on your behalf for all destinations we ship to. Your order is shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so no additional fees apply upon delivery.
SHIPPING FEES
Shipping fees vary by location and order size and are calculated and displayed at checkout.
ORDER TRACKING
You'll receive a tracking email within 24 to 48 hours of your order being shipped, via the Track Your Order page. Please allow 1 to 2 additional business days for the carrier's system to update if tracking information doesn't appear immediately.
LOST PACKAGES & INCORRECT ADDRESSES
In the rare event that your package is lost in transit, we will reship your order at no additional cost to you. Incorrect addresses are the customer's responsibility; orders with an incorrect address will be refunded only after the package is returned to us.
ORDER CANCELLATION
You may cancel your order within 6 hours of placing it by emailing support@sharp-shape.com with the subject line "CANCELLATION".
